Don’t use a Scouring Cleanser Pad to clean
The coating may be worn off if you use scouring products which have harsh cleansers or are metal based. Soft sponges or plastic scourers are the best choices. Store pans properly

Don’t cut the Pizza with a cutter
If you have made a pizza in your nonstick pizza pan, don’t cut it with a cutter in the pan. You may think it is convenient to do that, but it may hurt the finish. You can slide the pizza out onto a wooden cutting board, and then apportion it.
